After the material enters the frying machine, it fully contacts the heat-conducting medium for frying, and is pushed forward in a flowing manner. After traveling to the rear, it is automatically screened. The heat-conducting medium returns to the heating layer for repeated recycling, and the fried materials flow out of the machine to complete the frying process of making.
The equipment control system uses a central electrical control cabinet for centralized control and unified regulation of the frying process.
The operator can select the nearest temperature point (this point is called the frying point) according to his own requirements for product quality, and control the temperature by adjusting the amount of material fed. (When the heat source input to the frying machine has been timed, increase the material feed. The amount of material, the temperature of the frying machine drops, the amount of material feeding is reduced, the temperature of the frying machine rises) and then continuous production is carried out around the frying point.
