Natural-flavor peanut automatic roaster was research and development in 2019. It is a special equipment for roasting natural-flavor peanut. It uses wall-flow type medium circulation and rotating pitch propulsion technology. Medium and peanut mix ratio is 15:1. Heat exchange area reach 98%. Finished products kernel of peanut color rate at 99%. Roast time: 16-20 minutes. Increasing the heat exchange area which reduces the roast temperature. The purpose is high temperature products roast at low temperature to make sure the color of skin and nut evenly.

Processing Equipment
