Overview
Energy Conservation: two drying pool use one hot air stove. When the material dries to 70% in the NO.1 drying pool, the high-temperature gas transfer to the No.2 drying pool, go round and begin again, the energy saving more than 30%.
Environmental Protection: two drying pool use one hot air stove so it is reduces 50% exhaust emissions and more than 80% dust.
The air flow deliver is not affect the drying temperature. The damper on the blower which can adjust the drying time according to customer requirements.
Drying pool use natural gas hot aire stove in diagram. It can also use bio-particled, steam and others heat medium.
The operating platform equipped with an LCD screen which monitor the speed of the discharges in real time. The operator can operate on the working platform.
