Overview
1. High automaticity: This production line is continuous production which has integrated all the processes of production from washing to surface treatment.
2. High temperature enhances aroma: Roasting temperature is 380 degree. The boiled watermelon seeds are dehydrated within 3minutes. This way enhances watermelon seeds' aroma and avoids damage to the skin of watermelon seeds caused by long roasting time.
3. Bulgy shell: Watermelon seeds are bulged within 100 seconds when roast them. The finished products are easier to shell compared with the products processed by traditional baking methods.
4. Products another highlights: This produce technology keeps the center of the watermelon seeds' skin white and the edge of the watermelon seeds' skin black. So the watermelon seeds are beautifully presented and sell well.
